1. Product Receipt and Checking:
Check the product immediately after receiving the delivery of the online ordered product. If there is any manufacturing defect or damage to the product, inform our hotline within 24 hours. The product box and packaging must be intact and there should be no scratches or damage on the product.

2. Return Terms:
The product and all its accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned.
The product stickers or markings must be intact and cannot be opened.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or damaged.
Software, software licenses, or customized products are not returnable.

3. Timeframe:
Returns or reports of defective products must be reported to us within 24 hours. There is a maximum of 7 days for returning defective products. After this time frame, product returns or refunds will not be accepted.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:
Our expert team will inspect the product and if the defect is confirmed, product replacement or refund will be taken.
A change charge of Tk 250 may apply for Dhaka city in case of exchange. Courier charges are applicable separately for outside Dhaka.
In case of refund, the money will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Regarding courier delivery:
If the product is received in a broken or damaged condition, do not accept the delivery. If you accept, no claim will be accepted later.
Do not open the box or use the product while receiving the product from the courier.

6. Order cancellation:
Orders can be canceled by calling the website or hotline before order confirmation.
It is not possible to cancel after the delivery process has started.
